RETURN POLICY

At Almascene Beauty Salon, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the returns of your unused or defective purchase within 15 days of delivery . We are proud to offer a stress-free return and exchange policy. All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment. To begin the return, follow the guidelines below. In order to receive a full refund, all returns must be received within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at inquiry@almascene.com or call us 55300006.

For defective products or if the customer has received the wrong item, please call or email AlmasceneBeauty Salon at the number/email below within 24 hours of delivery. Please have your order number included in the email or ready for the call.

All returned items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery. Leather tags, dust bags, any accessories and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included. Merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for return. If an item has become damaged, soiled or altered after delivery, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee from the original purchase price. Monogrammed or personalized items are non-returnable.

Due to hygienic reasons, no exchange, return or refund will be offered on ????.

In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged or incorrectly supplied .

If you wish to return your damagedor incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.

How to return an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return in to Almascene Beauty Salon showroom located on Porto Arabia The Pearl, Doha, Qatar. Please follow the instructions outlined below.

  • Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused.
  • Enclose the original invoice / receipt
  • Present the package to the appropriate section in Almascene Beauty Salon.
  • Keep the Order Number for your return in order to monitor return status.
  • Once your item has been returned, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the showroom for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also note that the time for the refund to appear in your bank account will depend on the terms and conditions applicable by your bank.

NO EXCHANGES

At Almascene Beauty Salon, unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your product within 30 days . A refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You then can re-order a new product on www.almascene.com. Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be exchanged.

NO CREDIT

Please note, we do not offer credit for any purchases.

To return in store, simply bring the item and original invoice/receipt to the address below within 15 calendar days of delivery, and a manager will assist you with the process.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to twentydays to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters, and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.

You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.

CANCELLATION

A customer has the optioncancel an order. However, such a cancellation request mustbe submitted before dispatching the order from our warehouse. Failure to do so will result in the non-acceptance of the refund.

Should the customer cancel the order within the specified time frame, and payment has been madedone, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the order.
